Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Scope and Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all online sales made through the website www.neevparis.com (the “Site”), operated by NEEV Paris, a sole proprietorship registered in France under the name [your full business name and SIRET number].
By placing an order, the customer (“Client”) accepts these Terms without reservation.
2. Products
NEEV Paris offers garments and accessories made to order. Each piece is produced individually after a pre-order is placed. Product descriptions, photographs, and materials are provided for information purposes. Minor variations may occur due to artisanal production and natural fabric characteristics.
3. Pre-Order and Made-to-Order Model
By placing a pre-order, the Client understands and agrees that production begins once the order is confirmed.
Estimated delivery time is between 4 and 8 weeks, depending on fabric availability and production capacity.
Because NEEV works with limited quantities and ethical production partners, delivery dates are indicative only. The Client will receive an email notification once the order has been shipped.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes for EU customers.
Payment is due in full at the time of order.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
NEEV reserves the right to modify prices or shipping costs at any time, but any confirmed order will remain at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped from France once production is complete.
Shipping fees and carrier options are displayed at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, or external logistical circumstances.
International customers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
6. Returns and Refunds
All NEEV garments are made to order. As a result, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted once an order has been confirmed.
This policy complies with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, which excludes the right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
If a product is defective or not as described, the Client must notify NEEV within 7 days of delivery by emailing contact@neevparis.com with photos and order details.
In such cases, NEEV will assess the issue and may offer repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as each piece is produced specifically for the Client.
NEEV may cancel an order in exceptional circumstances such as material unavailability or production issues. In that case, the Client will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
8. Care and Use
NEEV provides care instructions for each product. The brand cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper washing, cleaning, or maintenance.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including designs, photos, text, graphics, and logos, is the exclusive property of NEEV or its partners. Any reproduction or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.
10. Personal Data
Client information is collected and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Site.
This data is necessary to process and deliver orders. Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting NEEV at hello@neevparis.com.
11. Liability
NEEV is not liable for indirect damages, loss of income, or inconvenience resulting from the use of the Site or delivery delays beyond its control.
NEEV’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the relevant order.12. Governing Law and DisputesThese Terms are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, the Client should first contact NEEV to seek an amicable resolution.
If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts.
Consumers also have the right to use an approved mediation service in accordance with Articles L611-1 and following of the French Consumer Code.
